We at BAP Felixstowe have been operating one of your pallet inverters at our site in Felixstowe for some years now and found it to be a very reliable machine.
This week we experienced an issue with the machine and our own on site fitter called your office to ask for prices for repair items / call out options.
The person on the phone was so helpful with advice it enabled us to complete a repair without cost which helped our operation massively. While I recognise the ‘commercial’ aspect of the business would have been happy to get a call out and a repair out of the call, the fact that you helped us out was really appreciated. I will be quick to recommend the service and yourselves in the future.

Premier were pleased to send two delegates to the PALOMAT 2016 Dealers meeting in Frankfurt.

With a number of participants totalling 42 attendees from 13 countries and 31 dealers at the 2016 Dealer Meeting in Frankfurt, PALOMAT can add yet another record to the history of the company. This increase is largely due to new dealers and a conscious focus on networking
Learning from the success of each other
One of the topics this year was to learn from the success of each other and to network across countries, languages and businesses. This topic had indeed also been requested by the dealers. Four dealers presented real-life case stories on how they work with sales and marketing of PALOMAT.
“We work with some very skilled dealers, who bring different experiences with them. Why not take advantage of these experiences and their success and continue to expand based on this? There is no need to reinvent the wheel more than once,” says Area Manager Majbritt Svane. “The dealers look forward to meet each other at the dealer meetings. Even though some of the dealers are from the same country and even the same region, they can still network and learn from each other. To us it is important that the dealers leave the meeting full of new ideas and with a commitment to further expand their business.”
A dealer network to boost growth
The PALOMAT pallet magazine is sold worldwide through a dealer network, which is continuously being developed as part of the company’s 2020 Growth Plan. The close cooperation with the dealers is one of the reasons behind the success of PALOMAT.
“We wouldn’t get very far without our dealers, so cooperation with them is essential for our further development. But it is important to note that we carefully choose those we work together with. We expect an active effort supported by a close and open dialogue. We cooperate only with dealers who undertake to proactively sell and market PALOMAT. In return, we are ready with a strong support team in sales, marketing and design,” continues Majbritt Svane.
One of the new dealers that participated for the first time at the dealer meeting was the company Karl H. Bartels GmbH from Germany. Henrik Valentin can look back at the event with great positivism:
“I attended the dealer meeting to exchange experiences, get new ideas and not least to learn to know the other dealers. The dealers’ case stories shed light on possibilities and conditions for the affected companies and countries. By talking to different people at the event, I have gained new insights and valuable contacts. I look back on a positive meeting and look forward to the next one in 2017.”
The 2017 Dealer Meeting will be held on 31 January in Nykøbing Mors, Denmark, where PALOMAT also will celebrate its 25th anniversary.
