Two Containers for Asia

In what is proving to be a excellent start to 2012 we have had the pleasure of dispatching two containers to the Far East this week. One container to Thailand and the other to Malaysia. The increase in demand we are experiencing from the Far East is another indication that our pallet inverters and pallet turners continue to gain in their worldwide appeal.

New Sales Engineer at Premier

David Westgate brings with him a host of experience and arrives at a time of increased orders and company expansion. Macmillan Cancer Support

This year we at Premier have made a donation to the UK charity Macmillan Cancer Support in lieu of sending out Christmas gifts. We are sure that all of you will be happy to know that this donation will go to help a charity that does incredible work for many affected by cancer.

FS Rakatforgató (Free Standing)

Az FS rakatforgató egy szabadon álló gép, mely számos alkalmazásra használható, különböző méretű, súlyú és típusú terhek (pl. kartonok, zsákok, fémdobozok) forgatására alkalmas. Az FS egyik leggyakoribb felhasználási területe a fa raklapokon tárolt áru higiéniai okokból történő áthelyezése műanyag raklapra, továbbá a rakat alján elhelyezkedő sérült áru kivétele a rakatból.

A rakatforgató targoncával rakodható meg. Egy fix oldalfallal és egy felső szorítópofával rendelkezik, 3 alapméretben készül. Egyedi kivitelű rakatforgatók is rendelhetők.

Többek között horganyzott kivitelű forgató is kérhető.

FS DC Rakatforgató

FS DC invertörü, çift kavrama plakalı 180°’lik bir yük çevirme invertörüdür. Özellikle yüklerin çok değişken yükseklikte olduğu durumlarda çok kullanışlı bir invertördür.

Az FS DC rakatforgató 2 szorítópofával rendelkezik, az rakatot 180°-ban fordítja át. Elsősorban a magas rakatok átfordítására alkalmas.

Az FS DC rakatforgatót a hozzá tartozó rámpán keresztül kézi raklapemelővel is meg lehet pakolni.

A nyomógombos kezelőszerv alapfelszereltség, teljesen automata kivitel is rendelhető. Az FS DC rakatforgató erős, robusztus felépítésű. Alapkivitelben 2 rétegben horganyzott felülettel és 1 réteg epoxi-akril védőfestékkel van ellátva.

A forgató teherbírása 2000 kg, nyitási távolság 600 – 2000 mm.

DD 1.25 Rakatforgató

A DD 1.25 rakatforgató a könnyű (max. 1250 kg) és kis magasságú terhek forgatására szolgál.

A DD 1.25-nek kisebb a helyigénye, mint a Premier egyéb rakatforgatóinak, ezért ideális megoldás, ha a raktárban kevés hely áll rendelkezésre.

Az DD rakatforgató magasemelésű kézi targoncával, villástargoncával és raklapemelővel is megrakodható. A rámpa alaptartozék.

Számos teher forgatására alkalmas, mint dobozok, üveg, papír, zsák. A rakodófelületre 1200x1200 mm méretű raklap helyezhető.

Raklapcserélők

A raklapcserélő egy félautomata rendszer, melynek működtetése során a kezelőnek nem kell a raklaphoz nyúlnia. A Premier cég az elmúlt 10 évben folyamatosan tökéletesítette ezt a rendszert, a változtatások új lehetőségeket kínálnak. Ideális megoldás a kézi anyagmozgatás kiküszöbölésére.

Részletesen a raklapcserélőről • 1500 kg súlyú és 2050 mm magas rakat billentésére alkalmas.
• Földhöz rögzített védőkerítés és fénykapu védi a kezelőszemélyt.

• Az összes, szokásos méretű raklap mozgatására alkalmas.
• Ha 2 raklapemelővel mozgatja a raklapokat, teljes egészében kizárható a kézi mozgatás.

Egyéb rakatforgatók

Az RR 1 rakatforgatót a nehéz és széles terhek mozgatására fejlesztettük ki. Működési elve a következő: összeszorítja a terhet, hátrabillenti függőleges helyzetbe, elfordítja 180° fokkal, majd visszabillenti, így a teher a feje tetejére kerül.

RR 2 rakatforgatót

A 90° billentő a fém-, vagy papírtekercsek billentésére lett kifejlesztve. A szokványos fogasléces eljárás helyett hidraulikus megoldást választottunk. A tehertől függően egy vagy két munkahenger billenti a rakodófelületet.

PREMIER HANDLING USA

Premier is excited to announce the opening of the new USA sales office. The decision was made in June of this year to provide our customers in the USA with a direct point of contact for purchase of Pallet Inverters and Pallet transfer equipment. We trust this new office will assist our current and future customers with solutions to their pallet transfer challenges by offering a direct voice of the factory in the USA. This office is centrally located in Elgin, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, for the best Nationwide support. The addition of this office further solidifies Premier’s position as the world leader in Pallet Inverter solutions since 1976.

Haba moves to new premises

We were pleased to attend the grand opening of the new offices and warehouse of our Austrian agent Haba. The ceremony was attended by more than hundred customers and local dignatories. The local business minister of economy Dr Petra Bohuslav.

We have worked very successfully with Haba for an number of years and wish them every success in their new premises for the future.

Australian Pallet Inverter Boom

As we load yet another container of machines bound for Australia we have cause to reflect on another country that continues to increase its orders for our Pallet Inverters and Pallet Changers, despite the economic difficulties the world is experiencing.

Although Australia is one of the most distant locations we service we are pleased that the assistance we offer our clients locally is second to none. It seems as if the world really is shrinking, with modern day transport and communications allowing us to work closely with our team in Australia to make sure that every Pallet Inverter, Pallet Changer or Pallet Dispenser we ship is fully supported.

Increased Exports to Greece

With all the negative news about the Greek economy we are really pleased to say that this has not been our recent experience with them. We can only hope that the recent orders from companies in Greece for: 4 Pallet Dispensers, 1 Pallet Changer and 2 FSDC Pallet Inverters is a positive sign that the country is on the mend.

Our experience is that companies chose Premier above our competitors because they are looking to make a long term investment in the highest quality product available on the market. We feel this shows that increased orders from Greek companies indicates a growing confidence in their manufacturing and distribution.
