In what is proving to be a excellent start to 2012 we have had the pleasure of dispatching two containers to the Far East this week. One container to Thailand and the other to Malaysia. The increase in demand we are experiencing from the Far East is another indication that our pallet inverters and pallet turners continue to gain in their worldwide appeal.

As we load yet another container of machines bound for Australia we have cause to reflect on another country that continues to increase its orders for our Pallet Inverters and Pallet Changers, despite the economic difficulties the world is experiencing.
Although Australia is one of the most distant locations we service we are pleased that the assistance we offer our clients locally is second to none. It seems as if the world really is shrinking, with modern day transport and communications allowing us to work closely with our team in Australia to make sure that every Pallet Inverter, Pallet Changer or Pallet Dispenser we ship is fully supported.

With all the negative news about the Greek economy we are really pleased to say that this has not been our recent experience with them. We can only hope that the recent orders from companies in Greece for: 4 Pallet Dispensers, 1 Pallet Changer and 2 FSDC Pallet Inverters is a positive sign that the country is on the mend.
Our experience is that companies chose Premier above our competitors because they are looking to make a long term investment in the highest quality product available on the market. We feel this shows that increased orders from Greek companies indicates a growing confidence in their manufacturing and distribution.

With all the down beat news about how much is being imported into the UK from China we are really pleased to be building a healthy Export business to China. This has recently been boosted by some significant orders for our Pallet Changer and also our FSDC Pallet Inverters. Selling to China offers new challenges and also good rewards. Our trade with the Chinese has been very encouraging. Our high build quality has been well received in, what for us, continues to be an expanding market.

Business continues to be brisk in June. As sales of Pallet Inverters continue to increase we have been pleasantly surprised at the number of Pallet Changers that have been ordered this month. As you will know our Pallet Changers are renowned across the world and sales are normally steady and predictable, however the past few weeks has bucked the trend with sales of our Pallet Changer being over double what we would normally expect.

PREMIER PALLET SYSTEMS are the world’s leading suppliers of pallet transfer equipment. Their extensive range of pallet inverter are designed to eliminate the dangers and lifting problems associated with the manual handling of goods from one pallet to another.
A typical machine can switch 30 to 40 pallet loads of heavy or unmanageable goods in an hour, a task which could present a manual labourer with 6 or 7 hours of back-breaking work.
Typical applications include the transfer of raw materials from wood to hygienic in-house pallets and the recovery of fork-truck-damaged product from the bottom of a stack. An inverter can ensure that a poor quality or broken pallet is quickly recovered and not put away in the racks where it represents a danger later.
Inverters are often used as a simple and safe means of turning a heavyweight load through 180°. This can apply to goods such as plasterboard or even sheet steel. The alternative is for two men to turn this kind of product a sheet- at-a-time by hand — a slow and dangerous process. The risk of carpel-tunnel syndrome is also eliminated by turning entire stacks of printed paper over rather than a ream at a time.
Premier’s latest innovation is the new V Changer.
The Palomat is the ideal compliment to this system. It provides a means of automatically stacking or dispensing empty pallets, with no manual involvement other than the push of a button. Working on compressed air power the machine is offered in 15 or 25 pallet versions and is described as the “totally versatile” pallet dispenser in that it can be adjusted to handle virtually any specification and dimension of pallet. Pallets are heavy and awkward items to lift manually, and usually weigh in excess of 25kgs. They are notorious for causing back-strain, broken toes and splinters when handled.
Finally, Premier’s range also includes a set of customised 90 degree tippers usually supplied to turn coils of paper and steel. Once again, a dangerous alternative, usually involving forklifts or overhead hoists, can be eliminated.

We’ve had a great few days in Chicago at the Pack Expo show 2010. Our stand was busy and we had a lot of interest in all our products and especially our Pallet Changer which we had on show. The show has generated a lot of enquiries and potential business for us and helps us to secure our position in the US as a major manufacturer of Pallet Inverters and Pallet Changers.

Premier will be in Chicago at the end of this month at the prestigous Pack Expo packaging and processing show. We will be showing the quality and versatility of our Pallet Changer. Come and meet us at booth 1347 from Sunday 31st October through till Wednesday 3rd November.
PREMIER PALLET SYSTEMS often display their pallet-to-pallet transfer systems together with information and samples of their freezer separator.
Premier’s range of Pallet Inverters are widely used in the food industry to transfer incoming raw materials from wooden to plastic pallets in order to prevent the infiltration of wood splinters or bacteria into the production area.
There are various styles basically divided into two categories, those which load at a raised height by forklift truck and others which can be loaded at ground level. Most turn the stack of goods through 180 degrees allowing inspection of the underside of the load before it proceeds. Premier believe in making their machines available to customers to trial on site free-of-charge prior to purchase. Rental facilities are also available for longer term evaluation.
The anti-slip freezer spacer is designed to cut energy costs by reducing the time it takes to blast freeze or temper goods. The high quality specification means that customers can expect a long life span with minimal deterioration. Once again, sample packs are available for test assessment.
Photos of the various sytems are available on this website and on request.
